A quick intro and description of "Scott From Canada" before we get to the free MP3s: AOR, New Age, music but with rock guitar melodies, created and recorded by Scott Rogers of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, originally from Barrie Ontario, attended both Eastview and Innisdale seconday schools (although not at the same time!). Lots of synthesizer in the vein of Vangelis, Tomita, Wakeman, Emerson, Tangerine Dream, Hans Zimmer, Saga, etc, and heavy guitar similar to Satriani, Lifeson, Santana, and others. Everything from quieter mellow, dreamy, eerie, hypnotic, atmospheric synth pieces, to heavy rock instrumentals! Some people say its very much like movie soundtrack music.

As this site grows there will be more and more pictures, song samples, info and news.

Moving Day	May 27 2007 - Strange song. Sorta Rockabilly I guess. I was just going to test out a new bass guitar sound and somehow I wrote this all in 2 days.
No Hurry	May 26 2007 - Rock Instrumental. Mostly written in april on one weekend but I didn't get around to mixing it until today.
Swimming in a Purple Ice Cream	August 12 2006 - Guitar solo song. Kinda like satriani but with lots of mistakes!
Palladio I Allegretto	March 7 2006 - Classical thingy by Karl Jenkins that everyone will recognise. Except that I did this version entirely with synthesizers a la Tomita/Carlos.

Aye Chihuahua!	10-11-04 - Mexican-ish - Dunno why! I started with 2 notes at the begining of the song and this is what I ended up with 2 days later! Fairly heavy rock. 11(!!) bass guitars, 6 guitars, and some other instruments.
