Growing Modular

Well unfortunately, massive lower back pain has stopped me from sitting in my chair and doing more writing and recording recently. In fact, for about 2 months so far. But i hasn’t stopped me from buying more modules! I have most of what I want now, although there are a few more things still coming and probably a few more after that.

The 2 new z3000 oscillators from Tiptop are fantastic and the new Shapeshifter from Intellijel is an awesome addition of digital waveshapes and fm wonders!

I definitely need lots of time to get to know all the features of this oscillator though.

Also new is the A-106-1 filter from Doepfer. It’s mostly a clone of the Korg MS-20 filter but has some additional features that make it really cool to use. I am still going to get an Arp 2600 filter and a Yamaha cs-80 filter. And if Moog ever gives us their filter in eurorack format I’ll be getting one of those as well. But I’m not holding my breath.
